At Atkins Conveyancing Services we offer a different service. If you are buying a property then our service starts before you sign the Contract. We will advise on the clauses to be placed into the contract in order to provide you with the maximum protection. We will review the Form 1 and ensure that the documentary aspects do not have any hidden surprises. We will review and discuss any building and pest inspections and talk you through every step of the process up until cooling-off. This is often a stressful period and as a Purchaser you should have people advising you early in the transaction. This is a FREE service.
If you ‘cool-off’ and the purchase does not proceed we do not charge a fee. This is because we feel satisfied that we have saved you from what could have been the worst decision of your life – we know that you will come back to us when you find the right property.
Once the cooling-off process is finished then we prepare the various documentation, liaise with the banks, agents and other Conveyancers.
A bit closer to settlement date we will either visit you (after hours if required) and have all documentation signed, all legal identification requirements dealt with and importantly ensure settlement takes place on the due date.
We offer all this for the one low fixed price of $770 (including GST).
